It was created after two LRHS students, Brett Wagner and Josh Rogers, died in a car accident in 2011. Their parents believed this tragedy could have been prevented had they been wearing seatbelts. Senior Emily Massengale swam the 100 meter fly and 100 meter backstroke and sophomore Dimiter Zafirov competed in the 200 meter freestyle and 100 fly.
